I’m Lori Rowen, a dynamic, ICF-certified coach dedicated to partnering with dynamic leaders and first-generation professionals to uncover their own solutions and achieve their fullest potential. With extensive coach training through the Treasury Executive Institute’s Associate Coach Training Program and one-on-one client coaching, I use insightful questioning to create a supportive space where you can build practical skills, gain clarity, and navigate complex professional landscapes with confidence. As the daughter of a Mexican immigrant, I’m driven to help first-gen professionals break barriers and thrive, informed by my own journey.

With a BA in government and psychology from Manhattan College and an MA in diplomacy and international relations from Seton Hall University, I bring a wealth of expertise to my coaching.
